When the member has completed treatment or a settlement has occurred, DHCS will order and evaluate the cost data to establish a “lien,” or list of damage associated companies topic to collection. If not previously offered, please use the Case Update or Additional Documentation form to tell DHCS when the remedy ended or settlement has occurred.
